Next we did not want to go home yet so Teresa drove us to Hagimiyia Park to see how far along the plum and cherry blossom trees were. This is a beautiful park in Utsunomiya, where a hanami matsuri(flower festival)will be held on March 31st. Big celebration with lots of people hanami watching and enjoying the sukura blooming. I am excited to be coming back next weekend to attend this wonderful fun filled event. I am going to sure some of the beauty of this park with you so enjoy the pictures. Utsunomiya Tower is also located in the park. You can go to top and the view is magnificent.
